Customizing the Media
Center Audio
Experience
With the introduction of Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004, the
Media Center audio experience was expanded from only listening to
digital audio stored on your PC, and limited capabilities to access
streaming Internet stations, to a full-on audio arsenal that includes
rewindable FM radio and fully supported Internet audio.
In this chapter, we’ll look at some of the ways to customize and per-
sonalize that expanded audio experience, to make it really “sing.”
