Appendix II Accelerated Action Learning Survey Results
Background
As a part of this book project, two surveys were conducted in 2022 to identify what is important in making action learning fast, virtual, and effective. Each survey targeted employees in India who had experience with action learning. Survey A was to identify the delivery method, participants, and important steps of action learning. It consists of six demographic questions and four multiple-choice questions. Survey B was to investigate the challenges and benefits of action learning and solutions for accelerated action learning. It includes six demographic questions and four open-ended questions. A summary of the overall survey results is as follows.
