To encourage the workshop group to generate level 6 or 7 ideas, the plan-
ning team arranged an interesting provocation to be delivered just as the groups
were going into idea generation (see the box entitled “We Had Better ink of
Something Innovative Now!”). Provoked to truly think outside the traditional box,
