Good evening – The show
After the soundcheck you'll probably have time to sort out a few things and have some food before the show. Depending on the gig, you might be expected to leave some ‘walk-in music’ playing. This should just be some fairly quiet music that sets the mood for the show but doesn't spoil it by playing any of the material that will be heard later. Bear in mind that it may run out before the show, so set the player up to repeat or make sure there is enough material time-wise to last.
