Rashmi Assudani, PhD, is currently Department Chair & Associate Professor at Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio. She earned her doctorate degree from McGill University in the area of innovation and strategy, and has her graduate and undergraduate degrees from The Netherlands and India. Over the last several years, her research and teaching has been in the area of innovation.
