Leadership to transform our library: a case study from the University Library, University of Saskatchewan, Canada

This case study of the Library Leadership Development Program (LLDP) at a Canadian research library (the University Library at the University of Saskatchewan) provides an overview of the strategic context for the establishment of an in-house leadership development program. It reports on program content, structure and some practical steps required for implementation and progressive institutionalization of the program. Program evaluation is also discussed.
