Build an Adaptive Mindset
If you ask someone who they believe is the pioneer of the personal computer, Steve Jobs would likely be a common answer. Jobs was one of the original masterminds behind the creation of Apple in 1976, which grew to be worth almost $1 million in 1980. Despite the growing success, Apple’s board decided to remove Jobs because of poor business decisions and internal disagreements over future direction, leading to his resignation in 1985. His leadership qualities also contributed to the decline in the number of people who favored him.
