Agile says:
The Agile Manifesto (see section 1.4.1) has 12 principles that can be summed up as5:
•Early and frequent delivery of usable products;
•Welcome changes;
•Users and developers working together;
•Self-organising and motivated decision-making work groups;
•Regular reflections on how to improve; and
•Simplicity and excellence.
PM4A says:
PM4A has seven principles:
1.Project justification;
2.Quality;
3.Planning;
4.Project team;
5.Risk;
6.Progress control; and
7.Change.
The difference matters because…
