Who should undergo training?

All employees, no matter what the position or salary grade, should go through the training because every level of an organization will be affected by a domestic violence situation. Once policies have been developed and response plans have been approved, announcements should go out to all employees via memos, the intranet, or hard-copy addendum to the personnel manual. Frontline employees must know the purpose of the policy, the sanctions outlined, what the company will provide in the way of support and protection, and how employees can disclose or make a report.
