Edit a Shape’s Fill
A fill is the color of the interior of your shape, and it’s the next thing that’s processed in our shape’s construction, after the path is drawn. After Effects defaults to a solid red fill, but we can change the color, or change the type of fill to a gradient, or turn the fill off altogether.
Choose the Fill Type
To swap the type of fill shown, select the word Fill from the Toolbar.
