The more adept you get at putting together combinations of dimensions, metrics, segments, and time constraints, and then comparing and filtering data in a report, the more effectively you can identify patterns, trends, and warning signs that lead to improving success rates online. In this chapter, we dig more deeply into how to do just that.

Reports can include graphical visualizations (charts and graphs) and tables. In this chapter, our focus is on building tables with a single dimension and with multiple dimensions, managing metrics, and then using different techniques to sort and filter the data that is revealed so it is easy to analyze and share.

We end the chapter with a look at templates in Adobe Analytics. Templates are useful, and exploring them is a valuable way to further acclimate to the interface and logic issues and solutions involved in creating or editing reports.
