Student Activity: Add Closed Captions

1.            Ensure that the Shortcut_CCMe project is still open.

2.            Show the Advanced Audio Management dialog box.

>>     choose Audio > Audio Management

Six of the slides contain audio clips. (Notice that the Sound column for those slides contains the word “Yes.”) You can add Closed Captions only to slides containing slide-level audio.

3.            Add Closed Captions to a slide.

>>     from the Slide/Object column, select Begin Lesson

>>     at the bottom of the dialog box, click the Closed Caption tool BeyondCp6_145.jpg
