Resolution and Recording Size

During the first module, you will learn how to use Adobe Captivate to record a software simulation. You will perform a few commands on your computer and, provided Captivate is running and recording, every click you make with your mouse will result in one screen capture (also known as a screen shot).

Prior to recording, you should be aware of two things that control how sharp and how large your Captivate screen captures will be: Display Resolution and Recording Area.
