Adobe Captivate 7: Beyond the Essentials

Student Activity: Send a Project for Review

1.            Open CollaborateMe from the Captivate7BeyondData folder.

2.            Send a project to Acrobat.com for Shared Review.

>>      choose File > Collaborate > Send for Shared Review

The Send for Shared Review dialog box opens.

>>     change the Name to CreateNewFolderYourFirstName (this is the name of the resulting CREV file)

>>      from the How do you want to collect comments from your reviewers? drop-down menu, ensure that Automatically download and track comments with Acrobat.com is selected

 

>>     click the Next button
