Student Activity: Control Appear After Timing

1.            Ensure that the PointerPathMe project is still open.

2.            Edit a button’s Properties so that it pauses the slide after an appropriate amount of time.

>>     select the button on slide 1

>>     on the Properties panel, select the Timing Inspector 

>>     change Pause After to 4.5 seconds

Setting Pause After to 4.5 seconds gives the other slide objects enough time to appear on the slide before the slide action stops.

3.            Edit the Properties of the button to show a Hand Cursor.

>>      from the Actions area of the Properties Inspector, select Hand Cursor
