Producing 3D Models from Vector Shapes

Let’s continue our exploration of 3D workflows within traditionally 2D-focused design software. In the previous chapter, we took an extensive look at working with 3D materials within a graphic composition using Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Illustrator includes access to 3D materials as well, with the addition of tools to create and export simple 3D models along with more robust lighting mechanics.
