Applying Filters

When you drag a large image into a smaller document, you'll need to scale down the image by pressing Command-T (Mac) or Ctrl-T (Windows). Because the image you are scaling is much larger than the document to which it has been moved, you won't be able to see the corner handles needed to drag and resize the image. When that happens, just press Command-0 (Mac) or Ctrl-0 (Windows), and Photoshop will zoom out on the document until you can see the handles on each corner of the image. (That's a zero, not an “oh,” by the way.)
