Getting to Know the Library Module
The Library module is used to bring your images into Lightroom, which you’ll need to do before making adjustments (in the Library and Develop modules), creating slideshows (in the Slideshow module), printing (yep, in the Print module), and building Web presentations (in the Web module). This chapter and the next introduce you to the Library module and provide details on how to import, label, and tag your images. And in Chapter 5, we’ll show you how to use the Quick Develop panel to make easy adjustments to your images right from the Library module.
