If someone is constantly keeping an eye on the clock or checking their cellphone, this could be a symptom of audience disinterest. Clearly, this is not something you want to happen when someone is watching one of your movie productions. In a perfect world, you would make an engaging movie to draw the audience into what’s happening on the screen. Solving this problem begins with using the best possible assets.

The ancient Chinese proverb, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” comes in handy here. You should analyze your clips and trim them to a lean and mean state. This is one of the key components of making a powerful movie.
