The book cover was designed by Charlene Charles Will and laid out in Adobe InDesign CS. The cover illustration was created by Stephen Daumpier using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

The manuscript was written in Microsoft Word on a Macintosh G4 while Adobe Reader was in view on a networked Windows Pentium IV computer running Windows XP Home Edition. Screen shots were captured to the system clipboard using the PRT SCR key on Windows and converted from the clipboard to PDF in Adobe Acrobat 7. The PDF documents were opened in Adobe Photoshop CS where they were sized, converted to grayscale, and saved as TIFF files. All screen shots on both Windows and the Macintosh were first created as PDFs before being converted to TIFFs. ...
