Given today's often distracted and harried workers, people who use your Help System will be looking to find information as quickly as possible. Gone are the days when a Help System could survive on the text alone. We're a firm believer that Help topics should contain a minimal amount of text and be loaded with helpful images and interactive eLearning videos.

RoboHelp accepts the following graphic formats: GIF, JPEG, BITMAP, METAFILE, MRB, and PNG.

GIF (Graphic Interchange Format): This format is typically used for images that are black and white, or contain few colors. It's ideal for simple artwork such as geometric shapes.
