44. Executive Buy-In and Simulations
It is difficult, if not impossible, to implement the six gears of change that drive the multi-project solution without having senior management buy into the methodology. Without the buy-in, the established paradigms, processes, and measures will continue to operate—in opposition to and overriding the required changes highlighted in the previous chapters.
