Table 4 shows the corresponding values of the contact angle untreated and HBP
treated PET fabrics. It is obvious that the alkali treatment considerably influenced
the contact angle of PET fabrics and when the HPET fabric was treated with
HBP, the contact angle was not change significantly. But when the PET fabric
treated with HBP (PET-HBP), the contact angle was considerably decrease and
