Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is used in many areas, including healthcare. This technology improves medical service efficiency and patient care. Thus, its full integration into the healthcare industry is a shared goal. Many IoT-based health-care system applications enhance diagnosis and treatment. Globally, healthcare is unique. Aging, chronic and lifestyle diseases, and growth goals affect the global population. Healthcare expenditures rise. Technology could fix this. Mobile health checks, where doctors visit people instead of hospitals, may be a solution. This paper examines the IoT in healthcare. This article visualizes the cognitive functions, enabling elements, and operational workflow of the IoT as part of healthcare. This report examines notable healthcare IoT installations.
