Moving Beyond the One-on-One
The practice of executive coaching has grown rapidly in recent years (Corporate Leadership Council, 2003). Research has found that though there is a preference for executive coaching among executives, this developmental tool was found to be more costly than other leadership development activities and organizations were rarely managing coaching investments in a coordinated or consistent manner (Corporate Leadership Council, 2003).
