For coaching to be effective in an organization, alignment between the coaches, the organization, and organizational representatives is required. Achieving that alignment is in large part the result of creating successful partnerships between coaches and the organization. Alignment begins with a clearly defined strategy and philosophy for coaching, one that is shared among senior leaders and HR professionals within the organization.
