Evaluation
The last phase of the model is Evaluation. At first glance the value of a partnership between coaches and the organization may not be as readily apparent for Evaluation as it is for Alignment and Support. However, there are aspects of evaluation in which both the coach and the organization are best served by a solid partnership.
Evaluation at the Organizational Level
At the broad system level, the organization needs to know if coaching is having the desired impact on the business.
