Creating a Coaching Culture

The practice of executive coaching can be used to help establish a culture of feedback and coaching in organizations. A coaching culture is one where feedback is shared openly among members of work groups, teams, and organizations to improve or sustain high performance. In organizations that have well-developed coaching cultures, feedback flows fairly freely across levels and divisions with a goal of continuous process improvement.
