A well-prepared engineering workforce is necessary to form and collaborate in interdependent relationships, manage multiple innovation projects, and adapt to changes in industry and stakeholder needs. From employers to accrediting bodies and professional societies, entities describe the competencies (i.e., knowledge, skills, and attitudes) they believe postsecondary engineering graduates should possess (ASEE 2013).
