Each pattern has its own reference section that list books and articles that are directly related to that pattern. Many references, however, do not directly address these practices but help set Agile in a larger context. These references are not in alphabetical order but in order of priority of reading.
These are books that address the hard problems—the people problems. Start with yourself because that is the one person you have the best chance to truly affect. Then learn to work with others. Remember—people build software.
