Chapter 37. Reading Circle
The Reading Circle practice is a regular meeting used to discuss, analyze, and learn from a written work and apply it to improve the team’s performance. Typically, one chapter is reviewed at a time and related directly to the software project each meeting.
Business Value
A Reading Circle is a supporting practice to help successfully execute, enhance, or adopt an Agile practice. Therefore, like all supporting practices, it enhances the business value of the practice(s) it supports.
