Methodology

Little is known about the subjects investigated in this research. For this reason, the study is exploratory. The research was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, qualitative case studies were conducted. The second phase was a survey to confirm and enrich the results of the case studies. The research can, therefore, be said to employ a mixed method (Tashakkori & Teddlie, 1998). A total of 48 substantially complete responses to the survey was received, which is too small to support most multivariate analyses.
