Intersecting Value Chains for a Stereoscopic Project Definition

EDW team leaders can eliminate gaps in project definitions by intersecting the generic agile requirements value chain with the results from the enterprise-capable requirements management process. They can demonstrate that their system architecture is sound during the elaboration phase of the project by building a “steel thread” of features that fulfill one or two key user stories.
