What are we waiting for?

Anyone who’s been involved in the development of online (or offline) products and services knows that the keys to success include time to market and perceived value. Agile is all about delivering maximum value in the minimum amount of time.

The traditional design process is outdated and isn’t the most efficient or effective path to success. As a profession, we need to redesign the design process to: make it iterative, collaborative, and intense; make the vision real, continuously develop the detail; and make the design responsive.
