What is it?

It’s a meeting of stakeholders to assess design work in progress.

Why do it?

Do it to socialise design progressions and solicit objective feedback from different functional experts and stakeholders to get to the next stage of development.

When to do it?

Do it frequently, at least once during every iteration and ideally while work is in progress.

How to do it?

• Set up a recurring meeting to happen at a regular time and place. Limit the meeting time to an hour or less.

• Socialise the artefacts for review in advance to make the meeting more productive.
