What is it?

It’s organising stories to show both how they support the system and customer goals and the relationship that they have with each other.

Why do it?

Do it because it enables the team to see how the stories fit together and can be prioritised to deliver a minimum viable product.

When to do it?

It’s used during elaboration to help prioritise stories and then in delivery alongside the story backlog.

How to do it?

• Identify key customer goals.

• Organise the story cards that have been captured during story writing under these goals.

• Prioritise these stories according to their importance in enabling the goal to be accomplished.
