What is it?

It’s using a small team of people to work together to create the design.

Why do it?

To generate more solutions, to be more efficient, to apply specific domain knowledge to the emerging design, to understand the context of activities to the design, to get buy-in, and shared understanding from the team.

When to do it?

Do it early in the process to generate the initial design vision, then do it throughout the process to get the next level of detail or next iteration of design.

How to do it?
