Phase 2: Gather Data
Why gather data? After all, we’re only talking about a short period of time. Everyone will remember, right? Ummm, no. Following are the four big reasons to gather data before you start generating ideas on what to do differently:

Even when people are all present, even for a short period of time, they don’t see everything. Further, different people can have wildly different perspectives on the same event.
