Retrospective Radiators
One core aspect of agility is breaking down information silos via information radiators. Information radiators are big, visible displays of key information (think burndown charts, task boards, and incident reports). The intent is to openly convey the health of the team and promote transparency within the team and to any other passerby.
One particular instance of an information radiator is what we call a retrospective radiator. Retrospective radiators are big visualizations of the important information that the team explicitly opts in to share from the retrospective. Importantly, they are living documents and are updated as needed either during or immediately after many retrospectives.
