Abstract

Traditional businesses face fast-changing client needs, increased marketplace changing aspects, and the constant appearance of new technological progressions in an increasingly digital world. Faced with the demands of a digital world, businesses are attempting to embrace agile methodologies on a bigger level to satisfy these demands. Researchers were compelled to design new techniques and methodologies to fulfill marketing needs as company requirements grew rapidly. Traditional-driven development approaches, which emphasize requesting and detailing requirements that take extra time in comparison to changing dynamics of the market, have been superseded by Agile methodology. On the other side, there is a need for a development process where customers can interact and collaborate in teams. Instead of the benefits of agile development and new tools introduction, various challenges are required to be discussed. In the agile software development process, various techniques have been used for improving software quality and reliability.
