In this chapter we do the following:

  • Outline the approach to Horizon tracking.
  • Describe in more detail the nature and content of Horizon gateways.
  • Describe how you execute Horizon shift planning.
  • Consider how to apply RADAR at a group, divisional and business unit level.

Having designed your Horizon and identified the key commitments beyond it, you must act. As the American philosopher Elvis urged – we now need a little less conversation, a little more action.
