Making the Business Case for Agile Working

In constructing the business case, it is best to take an organization-wide view to identify areas where agile working could best increase effectiveness and meet the strategic aims of the organization. This view should be tempered with a realistic assessment of business readiness for new ways of working as described in the preceding chapter.

Some organizations will view a business case purely in financial terms to establish there is a return on their investment, for example, they would have surplus property that they can dispose of by sale, or renting out, as a consequence of adopting agile working.
