ABOUT THE AUTHORS

ROBERT S. KAPLAN is Baker Foundation Professor at Harvard Business School. He is the author or coauthor of sixteen Harvard Business Review articles, more than one hundred other papers, and twelve books, including four with David Norton. His research, teaching, consulting, and speaking focus on linking strategy to performance and cost management systems, primarily the Balanced Scorecard and Activity-Based Costing.
