Characteristics of Service-Roles

In the last chapter we explored a fundamental structure of ­organizations in terms of structures of service-roles, role-players, and role-nets, ­represented as service-graphs. Here we focus on an exploration of how these structures take on variations and attributes in the context of actual organizations, like your business. You should already be seeing practical applications of these structures and patterns as you think about the design and the health of your business.
