So, you’ve edited your project, mixed it, and color corrected it. You’re done, right? Well, not exactly. You’ll obviously need to publish the project in some way, whether it’s to DVD, Blu-ray Disc, the Web, or even tape (all are discussed in the next chapter).
However, many people miss a step that is vitally important to the success of any project—quality control (QC). The QC process is meant to ensure that your project is technically correct and to eliminate mistakes that can creep in toward the end of a project.
