The persona method

The persona method is a tool for strategic development efforts. It is also a good method to use when you are trying to reach non-users, for example. Personas can also be used in combination with storytelling for scenario planning (see Chapter 2). When the two are used together they make a powerful and creative tool to help with the planning of library activities. However, each method can also be used independently.
