In the drive to create more relational and personal awareness in leaders and managers, organisations commonly use standard 360° feedback processes and typologies like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Insights®. More frequently these days, they may opt to offer an Enneagram questionnaire to their employees. The Enneagram (which means “nine signs” in Greek) is variously referred to as a basic personality test, a character typing, an invitation to personal development, and a way of understanding similarities and differences within groups.
