This book presented a description of the trading markets. Our goal here was to introduce the entities, instruments, markets, and functions and then to give a brief overview of technology, regulations, risk management, and global marketplaces. A basic book is able to provide you with only a general impression of trading and a summary of the markets’ structure. Except for entities and functions, which are only described here, the three accompanying books investigate each of the parts of this book in more detail.
