Scope Creep is alive and well in the creative services industry. If you don’t adequately define the project in your proposal, some clients will try to take advantage of you and increase the scope of the project. As I have illustrated, the Statement of Work and Deliverables sections should clearly describe the services you are going to provide and the deliverables clients are going to receive.
