How to Flush Out a Budget
Proposals can take a lot of time to create, and if you don’t land the project, you will never be reimbursed for that time and effort. Asking clients for a budget is sometimes risky; they may think that if they tell you their budget, you will just charge them that price whether the project should cost that much or not. (And in some cases they may be right.)
